经过去年股市、房市大涨以及今年股市、房市大跌，在损失惨重的教训后，我终于明白：
没有什么东西会一直涨，要懂得收手；报纸、网络、电视在报道好的方面的时候，形势一篇大好的时候，你要清醒地知道，不用多久，泡沫要破了。
古人的智慧、古人看透事物的本质的能力永远让我们受教。
老子云：祸兮福之所倚，福兮祸之所伏。
孔子亦云：盛极而衰，盈满则亏。
